Watters Creek looks unassuming from the outside but once you enter you’ll quickly realize it’s a unique resort-style shopping experience with 52 acres of lush landscaping and natural features that include a village green and running creek.

The Village at Allen has no shortage of stores and restaurants with more than one million square feet of shopping, hosting everything from big box retailers to one of a kind specialty stores.

Allen Premium Outlets offers more than 120 DESIGNER and name-brand outlet stores so you can be stylish AND save money. You’ll find Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade New York, Cole Haan… just to name a few.

Celebration Park covers 104 acres and is a favorite destination that features an enormous kidMania community-built playground and adjoining spray ground, lighted baseball and soccer fields as well as tennis courts & trail. Allen USA Celebration, a free community festival and fireworks show, is held every year at Celebration Park the weekend prior to the 4th of July.

There is no shortage of outdoor activities here and the city is proud to offer 1,196 acres of parkland, 70 miles of hike and bike trails, 60 parks, Hydrous Wakeparks, two premier golf courses, The Golf Club at Twin Creeks and The Courses at Watters Creek, and The Edge at Allen Station Park features the state’s largest outdoor skate park, two roller-hockey rinks and a BMX track.

Collin College & Allen ISD

Collin College Technical Campus is a newly built comprehensive campus offering students multiple paths to success in high-demand, high-wage career fields with state-of-the-art equipment and instruction in growing fields like construction, automotive, collision repair, HVAC, health care, manufacturing, welding and more.

Allen ISD serves more than 21,800 students on 24 campuses while earning national recognition and maintaining a strong commitment to high quality and excellent staff-to-student ratios. Allen ISD opened their newly built STEAM Center in 2019 that is dedicated to science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics instruction. The center serves up to 500 high school students per class period in STEAM-related high school courses and it serves as a destination for elementary and middle school field experiences. In addition to strong academic achievements, Allen sports are held to a high standard as well and have enjoyed success with the wrestling team winning eight consecutive state titles beginning in 2009 and the Allen Eagle football team having won the Texas 5-A or 6-A State Championship in 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017.
