But Richardson packs a mighty punch into that 28 square miles with a robust business environment including many of the world’s largest telecommunication companies and is home to insurance giants Blue Cross Blue Shield headquarters, State Farm’s recently-built national regional hub as well as GEICO and United Healthcare’s regional offices.
Richardson has easy direct access to downtown Dallas through US 75, but also has the added benefit of an environmentally friendly commuting option through Dallas Area Rapid Transit (also known as DART) light rail lines that parallel 75 with 4 stations located within the city.
CityLine is a vibrant development with restaurants, entertainment and retail space giving you the dynamic feel of the city in convenient proximity to the suburbs. Much thought was put into developing CityLine from its eye-catching architecture, outdoor cafe-style seating, abundance of dining options and even parks & trails all to ensure a relaxed and refined atmosphere. You may love it so much you might decide to live in one of the apartments, townhomes or houses located onsite.
Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival is a Richardson favorite that began in 1993 and has blossomed into a major 3 day event & musical festival with interactive displays and exhibits.
Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts is one of the leading performing art centers serving the Dallas metroplex located just south of the intersection of Central Expressway (US 75) and President George Bush Turnkpike (Hwy 190).
